A series of Manatee's small clubs! HOSA's first post Covid meeting

HOSA recently has its first in person meeting since last year, having a great turn out. HOSA is a student leadership organization that stands for Future Health Professionals, and has as been at our school for around 25 years. The club has always had a modest amount of members, but the recent COVID pandemic has decreased membership significantly. Astonishingly, their first meeting had a dramatic increase in new membership. Laura Sollenberger, club adviser, said “This was an excellent turnout and I’m amazed at all of the freshmen interested in joining! It’s unfortunate that our first conference is virtual, but I already feel like this is going to be a great year for HOSA.”
