Run fast or be last

Cross country is a good sport if you like to work your body. Practices consist of tempo, speed, miles, and running our home course. Usually core or strength exercises is done after the run. After every practice stretching is definitely needed. G.T Bray is the most common practice area, Robinson sometimes, our track is used once in a while. There is preconditioning practice that starts in the summer and from then the season officially ends Nov. 12th.
