Cold Front Moves in Rain Clears, but Chilly Temps and Winds Set to Persist Through Weekend

EVENING: Windy and cold. Temperatures in the forties.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and cold. Lo 32. Winds WNW at 5-15 mph.

BLACK FRIDAY: Partly cloudy, breezy, and cool. High 43.

The viewing area experienced rain quantities ranging from 0.3″ to 0.8″ on Thanksgiving morning.

Although the rain came at an inconvenient time for the holiday, it was necessary. The skies continue to clear this evening, with an increasing northwesterly breeze and temperatures dropping into the lower 40s.

Things get substantially colder after Thursday, with highs in the 30s through the weekend and overnight temps in the low 20s.

These days will mostly be breezy. Wind chills can occur even during the day, so keep that in mind! A frosty start to December!
