A 21-year-old man from Chili, Wisconsin, has been arrested in connection with a series of burglaries that terrorized southeastern Clark County, including the Willard and Rock Dam areas. The man, identified as Zachary Wolf, was apprehended after a months-long investigation into multiple break-ins that occurred in the summer of 2024.
