A powerful atmospheric river continues to inundate the Pacific Northwest and Northern California with strong winds, mountain snow, and torrential rainfall.

Flood Watches are still in effect in Northern California, and the Sierra Nevada and Cascades are under Winter Storm and Avalanche Warnings. High Wind Warnings are in effect in Oregon, with winds exceeding 98 mph in certain regions.

Venado, California, has recorded 12.68 inches of rainfall since Tuesday, while Mazama, Washington, has received 16.2 inches of snow.

Trees have been felled and power disruptions have resulted from coastal winds, while whiteout conditions continue to exist in mountain passes.
