Texas Man Identified and Charged With Manufacturing Child Pornography; FBI Investigation Leads to Arrest

A Texas man has been identified and accused of allegedly manufacturing child pornography, federal authorities stated on Tuesday.

According to a news statement from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas, Christopher Lynn Driskill, 48, who was originally put on the FBI’s most wanted list as John Doe 49, is suspected of producing child pornography between 2017 and 2024.

On November 18th, FBI agents identified Driskill and charged him with the creation of child pornography. He was detained on November 26th.

According to court records, in July 2024, the FBI’s Victim Identification Program was notified about child sexual abuse material placed on the dark web. The films showed a male sexually assaulting a prepubescent male, and several tattoos were visible, including the name “DABBY” on his chest, the number “197x” on his left bicep, the words “CAST NO STONES” on his left forearm, and a Texas flag in the shape of a skull on his right forearm.

In September 2024, a previous dating partner came forward to inform the Coleman Police Department that Driskill had drunkenly confessed to abusing a youngster and videotaped it. The cops were allowed to meet with the child, who did not complain.

They interviewed Driskill on camera, and he rejected the charges, alleging that his former partner was unhappy due to a poor split. The case was closed due to a lack of more evidence.

In the recorded conversation, police officers noted that the tattoos “CAST NO STONES” on his left forearm, a 1975 tattoo on his left bicep, and a Texas flag in the shape of a skull on his right forearm were apparent.

After the interview, the FBI transferred still photographs to a database.

The FBI was able to match tattoos on social media to those shown in the assault footage. They also claimed that the profile picture resembled images of the topic in child sexual abuse material.

Using this information, they linked the account back to Driskill, who lived in Coleman, Texas with his parents.

The Coleman Police Department was also made aware of the FBI investigation into possible molestation in November, and they matched video footage of their interview with the alleged face and tattoos.

If convicted, Driskill could face up to 30 years in federal prison.
