West Virginia may also suffer snow and strong winds, particularly in higher elevations. Travel during one of the busiest times, November 27-28, could be dangerous owing to poor visibility and icy roadways.
A small (20-40%) probability of heavy snow is forecast for the Ohio Valley and the Appalachian region.
